Pop Pilates for Hurricane Relief

Join Allie Baldwin for Pop Pilates! You will be challenged to flow from one exercise to the next, develop a rock solid core, while leaving no muscle untouched! Every exercise can be modified to fit the needs of the class participants. You leave feeling sweaty, strong and ready to take on more!

This will be a special by-donation class where all proceeds will go to hurricane relief funds.
