Nonprofit Network is hosting a regional, two-day conference to provide nonprofit and for-profit organizations professional development opportunities for management staff, volunteers and board of directors. The Lead, Serve, Grow Conference takes place Thursday, November 7th and Friday, November 8th at Baker College, 2800 Springport Rd., Jackson, Mich.

Workshops include leadership, managing change, grant writing (Federal, State and Private), measuring impact, donor retention, diversity and inclusion, succession planning, financial sustainability, marketing, communications and social media.

Keynote speaker Tendaji W. Ganges serves as the Executive Director of the University of Michigan-Flint’s Educational Opportunity Initiatives (EOI) department. His numerous accomplishments include serving as the campus’ key leader in diversity and multicultural initiatives.

Nonprofit Network has been recognized statewide as a best-practice leader in nonprofit governance and management training. Their membership currently includes organizations from all over Michigan as well as other states.
