The Recruiting and Retention Battalion, Michigan Army National Guard in Lansing, MI and the Recruit Sustainment Program will conduct its second annual Warrior Challenge, April 26-29, for newly recruited Warriors to compete and learn about teamwork and spirit-de-corps, while simultaneously earning a promotion before attending basic combat training. Warriors will be required to compete individually as well as part of a team with five other Warriors and two of their full-time cadre to earn the coveted guideon streamer and the right to be called the “BEST”.
Due to Operational Security, Warriors will invite families by a separate written invitation containing the details. Families are encouraged to come watch and cheer on their Warrior as he/she competes in the first Warrior Challenge competition. Refreshments will be provided.
