Larry Martin’s WWII: In Their Own Words – Jackson
Saturday, Nov. 2 at 10:00 am
Larry Martin returns to bring our Nation’s history to the present and foster an appreciation for the hardships endured by our veterans. Larry’s interest in WWII history and his passion for both gathering and sharing the stories of the men and women of the war has sparked the creation of the In Their Own Words project.
Please join us for an all new interview and personal appearance by John Maljohn, 11th Airborne Paratrooper veteran. Maljohn was involved in a 1945 rescue of over 2,000 civilians, including many children in what is known as “The Raid on Los Banos.”*
