Unwind with the Jackson Symphony Orchestra and friends during the JSO’s outdoor Summer Pops Concert. Bring your blanket or lawn chair down to Riverwalk Amphitheatre located downtown next to Consumers Energy on Saturday, July 26th for an evening of music. Food and beverages will again be a part of the Pops!
The Pops begins at 7 p.m. and includes singer/guitarist Laith Al-Saadi playing original songs and rock/blues classics, Father Tim MacDonald singing “Bring Him Home” and “Hallelujah,” music from the hit motion picture “Frozen,” and favorites from Beethoven and Tchaikovsky.
There’s more than music, Michigan Theatre will be selling an assortment of beverages, including pop and water. Mat’s Cafe will be selling sandwiches, including of course brats and pulled pork. A 50/50 raffle is included and the winner gets to choose either the Michigan State or University of Michigan fight song to be played at the concert – donate it all back and the winner also gets to conduct!
Enjoy the whole evening of music including VIP seating and parking. Also available are: $15 VIP seating/parking ticket or $5 General Admission ticket. Parking available in the Cooper Street garage.
