Jackson Storyfest – Storytelling Workshop – Jackson

Come join us in downtown Jackson! Storytellers, from around the country including Mary Hamilton and Dan Keding will be performing on May 2, 3 &4. There are four performances being offered free of charge for the general public on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. These include two evening sessions for adults and teens, a family matinee and a special daytime senior citizen session.

Two workshops are offered on Saturday for those wishing to learn more about storytelling. A small registration fee is charged for the workshops. We look forward to seeing you May 2, 3 & 4 in downtown Jackson, Michigan!

Storytelling Workshops
Time: 8:45-10:45 a.m. – With Mary Hamilton
Time: 11:30-1:30 p.m. – With Dan Keding
Location: Jackson District Library ~ Carnegie Branch Auditorium, 244 W. Michigan Ave.

Family Storytelling Matinee with Gemini
Time: 2:00 pm
Location: Jackson Symphony Orchestra Hall, 215 W. Michigan Ave.

Saturday Evening Performance with Mary Hamilton
Time: 7:30pm
Location: Jackson High School Auditorium, 544 Wildwood Ave
Doors open at 7pm
