The DDA will be hosting an informational meeting to go over expectations and changes to this year’s event. This year our expectations are very high regarding promotions and marketing. This event’s success is directly related to the amount of information that reaches the public. The meeting will be held in the 10th Floor conference room of City Hall at 4:00pm on Wednesday, July 31st.
It is required that a representative is present at this meeting in order to participate in November. We hope this dialogue, along with any additional comments, ideas, and/or concerns can lead to increased participation.
