Each month Community Action Agency in Jackson offers a FREE Homebuyer Education class. Classes include visits from lenders, realtors, and title agents that explain their part in the homebuyer process. The next Homebuyer Education Class will be held on February 16th, 2019, from 9:00 AM until 3:00 PM.
The class fulfills the education requirement for MSHDA Down Payment Assistance and many lenders. Even if you are not required, it is a great way to find out if it is the time to pursue homeownership. The class will be held at the Community Action Agency Building located at 1214 Greenwood Ave, Jackson, Michigan.
