Sunday, January 26 1:00-3:00 p.m. All ages; $8/individual, $30/family
The use of birds of prey for hunting is a tradition first established by nobility thousands of years ago, and it continues today! Join us to take a closer look, as we’ll be inviting local falconers to share their expertise in this living art form. You’ll meet active falconry birds, find out what’s involved in preparing for a hunt, and learn how this practice has been carried into the twenty-first century. Visit http://lesliesnc.org or call 734-997-1553 for more details and to register.
