Outdoor Yard-Sale-a-Palooza – Jackson
Jul 12 @ 10:00 am – 5:00 pm

Sunday, July 12, 2020
10 AM – 5 PM

Commonwealth Commerce Center
209 E Washington Ave
Jackson, Michigan 49201

Come on, come all, to the first ever Yard-Sale-aPalooZa, a celebration of being free from 3 months of missing out on yard and garage sales!

We are assembling a HUGE collection of independent yard sales, and gathering them all together in the MAMMOTH parking lot of the Commonwealth Commerce Center on Sunday, July 12th, 2020! This sale is open to EVERYONE who wants to come and sell stuff, so there’s no telling what will be here!

WHEN: Sunday, July 12th, 2020 from 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (no early birds)

WHERE: Commonwealth Commerce Center‘s HUGE parking lot! Use the Wesley Street Entrance for parking, as the Washington Ave entrance will be blocked off.

COST TO GET IN: This event is FREE to come shop at! No cost whatsoever!

Because the Commonwealth Commerce Center has events / other tenants that take up the parking lot on other days! Plus, most yard sales are on Thursday – Saturday, so this way we are giving people a bonus day of sales on a day they normally wouldn’t get to experience them!

WHAT ALL WILL BE THERE? We are inviting ANYONE who wants to sell their stuff to get a spot! We don’t really know WHAT will be there, but that’s part of the fun of this event! We’re sure there will be a wide variety of stuff, and as time comes closer, we will put on this event page some of the highlighted sellers and items that will be featured at Yard-Sale-aPalooza!

WHAT IF I WANT TO SELL THERE?: If you’re interested in getting a spot at Yard-Sale-aPalooZa, we are offering 20 ft x 20 ft spaces (approx) for just $20 each! We will have 80 spaces for sale starting June 10th, 2020! If you want to get a spot, please head to fill out the form, and we will get ahold of you asap!

We will have our 20 ft x 20 ft spaces have approximately 10 feet apart from each other in an effort to maintain social distancing.

The first thing we’d recommend doing is to fill out the form listed above, but if you have any questions feel free to message James Seagraves or Cassandra Seagraves and we will help you out!
