It’s that time again when St. Paul’s United Church of Christ is having a rummage/ vendor sale. If you’d like to donate or become a vendor please contact St. Paul’s Church of Christ Facebook page under the same name. All vendors must pay 20 dollars for a table. Go out and support the church and small businesses!

Looking to get rid of stuff? Bring your donations to Somerset Beach Campground any time from now through October! Call the office at 517-688-3783 to set up a time for drop off.

Dress up and head out to Sears Auto Center Saturday, October 12th for the annual trunk or treat car show. Find games, giveaways and candy for the whole family! Donations for S.I.S. (Saving Innocent Souls Pet Rescue) suggested per family. Registration for trunk or treat begins at noon. Cars encouraged to come early to set up. Tickets for Haunting in the Hills $25 each with $5 from every ticket going to S.I.S.
S.I.S. wish list includes dry and wet dog/cat food, cat litter, toys, collars, leashes,

Please join us for our 8th annual Men Who Cook fundraiser to support services to victims of domestic and sexual violence. This is our largest fundraiser of the year and its success depends on supporters and volunteers like you. We feature a large array of local chefs who compete against each other for the Peoples Choice award. As our guest you will be able to sample all of the wonderful food that they prepare and choose which ones you like best. We also have a wide array of raffles with tons of awesome items you can win . So be sure to come hungry and with cash in hand so you can help us reach or $30,000 goal!

Bring your dog to trick or treat around downtown Mason! While the name may say trick or treat this event is all treats for your dog! There is an $8 pre-registration fee or $10 at the event. Net proceeds will benefit the Ingham County Animal Shelter in Mason.

This annual event thanks donors of the Strong Kids Strong Communities Campaign and kicks off fundraising for 2020. This campaign enables them to offer more than $200,000 in financial assistance. This year’s event features entertainment from Your Generation and speedpainter Evan Struck along with other surprises. Also included is dinner, a silent auction, and more.
Held at Richmond Brothers Hangar (3568 Wildwood Ave. Jackson, MI 49201).
Cost is $45 for members and $55 for nonmembers. Tickets are available at the YMCA desk or online at jacksonymca.org.

100% of this year’s auction proceeds will benefit DeLand Pointe, A Habitat Neighborhood. DeLand Pointe is a 14-home development planned as a neighborhood near downtown that will provide stability and self-reliance through home ownership for low-income families in Jackson.
