Jamin is totally convinced that Adam isn’t coming back from his vacation. He made a list of reasons he thinks Adam’s vacation is really just a way for him to slip away from the station permanently. And you can’t really question Jamin’s logic… he made a pretty convincing list of reasons he assumed Adam was gone for good.
A. Adam is supposedly at a camp in Michigan’s thumb. Everyone knows that there are no camps in the thumb.
B. The boss hasn’t mentioned Adam’s name all week. Before this week, the boss would sing songs as he worked and insert Adam’s name into the lyrics.
C. Ben has been weeping any time the microphones aren’t on. More than normal, actually.
D. Dave the Janitor gets quiet every time Adam’s name is mentioned, as if he’s grieving. And not just at the mess in the studio.
E. The chair Adam used to use is starting to lose the imprint he made. In the three plus years Adam has worked at the station, the imprint has never gone away. But now…
Draw your own conclusions, everybody. But if you’re truly concerned, listen in on Monday. Adam may just be back, contrary to Jamin’s idea.
