» Assignment: Donuts

Mornings at Home was Ben-less this morning due to Ben being on assignment, which is really just broadcasting code for “the person is gone and will probably show up tomorrow or maybe next Tuesday.”  If and when Ben shows up (we’re sure he’s OK, by the way), we can only hope that he will bring donuts.  By doing so, this will indicate to all of us that he was absent so that he could procure donuts and bring them to the station staff as a good will offering.  As long as those good will offerings are filled with vanilla pudding and topped with chocolate icing, I know at least one morning show host that will be grateful.
