Tompkins Historical Society Freedom Festival and Steam Engine Show- Tompkins

9am-3pm both days
The festival is a historical timeline of the area’s history with living history camps and displays, 1900’s schoolhouse and museum tours, steam engines, gas hit & miss engines, tractors, working sawmill, shingle mill, planing, baker fan, plowing, teeter-totter, blacksmiths, tractor pulls for adults and kids. Many demonstrations with hands on weaving and washing cloths by hand. Games for the kids. Arts and Crafts, flea market and garage sale. Silent auctions. Car Show on Saturday only. Music in several genres provided throughout both days. Food vendor wagons on the grounds. People movers operating and handicap parking available.
