Downtown Dog Walk
Fri, 06/21/2013 – 12:00pm
Meet at Bucky Harris Park at noon for a walk that is just long enough to get your blood flowing and your mind moving for the rest of the day. This is a great chance to meet friends downtown, grab lunch at a local restaurant, and get moving in the middle of the day!
The Cascades Humane Society will join us, offering opportunities to meet and walk with some of their current residents. Everyone is welcome to bring their own four-footed companions as well. Follow a one-mile walking route with a few dog-themed stops along the way.
Pets and walking both reduce stress, help control blood pressure, improve your mood, and keep you moving. This is a chance to get a double dose on your lunch hour. Bring your own pet, or meet a new one on this canine-themed lunch hour stroll.

When: Friday, June 21, 12pm -1pm.
