The Jackson Youth Symphony Orchestra is a youth orchestra that features high school students from across Jackson County who are exceptional musicians. The Youth Symphony has been performing quality orchestra music for more than 33 years. Jackson Youth Symphony Orchestra will be performing on Sunday, May 5, 2013, at 3 p.m. at Western Community Arts Center, 1400 S. Dearing Road, Jackson, Michigan. This concert, conducted by David Schultz will highlight our Concerto Competition winners Sarah Delie on the Clarinet and John Robey on the Violin and all Seniors graduating will be honored. In addition, Allegro Strings will perform. Allegro Strings consists of elementary and middle school string students directed by Matthew Polson.
