30TH ANNUAL GOLF SCRAMBLE IN BENEFIT OF
SPECIAL OLYMPICS MICHIGAN

Special Olympics Michigan (SOMI) is proud to announce The 30th Annual Golf Scramble, taking place at the beautiful Hakerd Hills Golf Course in Pleasant Lake. On Saturday, May 18, golfers will enjoy a great day of golf and friendly competition while raising money for SOMI. This golf tournament is designed to accommodate all players from beginners to experienced golfers.

The tournament features 18 holes of golf, two carts per foursome and 100 percent pay out on skins. Continental breakfast, hot dogs and refreshments will be available on the course. Golfers will also enjoy dinner, special contests, prizes, awards, raffle items and a silent auction.

Sponsorship opportunities will be offered at this year’s tournament. Participants can reserve a place as a gold, silver, bronze or athlete sponsor. Each place includes different recognition features with higher placed sponsorships, including complimentary golf matches. Proceeds from sponsorships will go directly toward providing competition opportunities for SOMI athletes.

Individuals may enter and will be placed on a team once they have registered online at https://www.firstgiving.com/somiarea/A19golfscramble or with a registration form. Complete the registration form as soon as possible but no later than, May 12.

Participation will help support more than 300 local SOMI athletes who train year-round in 17 sports and compete in over 8 State Events, free of charge. Join us for a friendly, eventful day and a chance to support Special Olympics Area 19.
