The Dahlem Nature Film, Music and Art Festival will bring nature-inspired Hollywood films, local Michigan nature documentaries, original Michigan nature art, and regional musicians who will perform their nature-inspired songs. The multi-venue Festival will be hosted at Jackson College’s Potter Center, the Michigan Theatre, and three Jackson District Library locations: Carnegie, Meijer and Eastern Libraries.

leafimage2014SPECIAL SCHOOL CHALLENGE: Michigan Theatre issued the “Top School Challenge” — the school that has the most Festival attendees will receive 10 refillable popcorn buckets good at the Michigan Theatre for one year!

leafimage2014FEATURED MUSIC: Frontier Ruckus is confirmed to play at 7 p.m. on Saturday, June 21st at the Michigan Theatre!

Over three days, Festival attendees will experience high-quality classics — A River Runs Through It, Life of Pi, and The Bear — local Michigan film successes — Waterwalk — and recent popular films with strong nature themes — Dolphin Tale and The Descendants with George Clooney. Targeted films include feature films, new releases and documentaries. Urban Odyssey, A Fierce Green Fire, Fly Away Home, and many more.
