Artful Fabric Workshop An Introduction to Painting on Fabric Instructed by quilter and artist, Desiree Vaughn Sponsored by the Ella Sharp Museum of Art and History & Jackson Civic Art Association.
Two days full of inspirational and experimental fabric painting techniques. Create your own one-of-a-kind fabrics for projects such as quilting, clothing, collage art, or display as original art work itself! 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday, June 19 & 20, 2013. Deadline to sign up is Monday, May 13. We are limited to 20 participants. Workshop fee: Members of JCAA or Ella Sharp Museum: $195.00 / Non-members: $225.00
*Fee includes materials such as paint and fabric. Some basic supplies will be provided by you such as paint brushes, water containers, scissors, etc. A materials list and more information will be sent to you upon registration.
