Please help us welcome award winning transparent watercolorist and water media artist, Monroe Community College Art Professor Theodore Vassar to the next meeting of the Jackson Civic Art Association 7:00 PM Tuesday, April 2, 2013 in the Community Room, Ella Sharp Museum, 3225 Fourth Street, Jackson, Michigan.

Attendees are encouraged to bring in a piece of their Art. Vassar, who has juried numerous state and local exhibitions, will offer skilled, experienced feedback. As a presenter and demonstrator at the Ohio Watercolor Society NATIONAL CREATIVITY SEMINAR, Stretching Boundaries for Creative People IV and V, he will undoubtedly offer a fresh and exciting perspective in his Art Critique.

Additionally, Vassar is a member of the Ohio Watercolor Society where he has served as President and Board member and the Toledo Artist Club. His paintings have been exhibited extensively in national, regional and area juried Shows and are displayed in numerous corporate, institutional and private collections.

Doors open at 6:30 PM for socializing and refreshments. Our meetings are open to the public and are always informative and worthwhile. Visitors $5.
