professional Wildlife Artist, Author and Illustrator Rod Lawrence will be
giving a presentation to the Jackson Civic Art Association Tuesday, August
20, 2013 in the Community Room, Ella Sharp Museum, 3225 Fourth Street,
Jackson, Michigan which is open to the public. (Entrance is on S. Oakwood
Drive) We enthusiastically invite you and Fellow Nature lovers to attend.
Chances are that you are already familiar with his work and have been
captivated by his extraordinary Wildlife Art. His credits include being
named Michigan Ducks Unlimited Artist of the Year and Michigan United
Conservation Club’s Wildlife Artist of the Year. He has won an
unprecedented number of Awards for his Duck and Trout stamps and is a
Signature Member of the Society of Animal Artists. No doubt he draws
inspiration from the hardwoods of Northern Michigan where his Family resides
in a log cabin overlooking the Manistee River. Please join us as we welcome
Rod Lawrence to Jackson for what promises to be an awe inspiring evening!
Doors open at 6:00 for snacking and mingling. Meeting and announcements
